Tahsinul Jam’iyyah sebagai Sustainable Improvement Model pada Majelis Wakil Cabang Nahdhotul Ulama (MWC NU) di Kabupaten Kebumen
This community service aims to provide enlightenment through training and mentoring carried out by the Nahdhotul Ulama Branch Management (PCNU) Kebumen Regency in collaboration with universities. Tahsinul Jam’iyyah was held simultaneously as part of the Ramadan safari activities in the 26 Board of Representatives of the Nahdhotul Ulama Branch Council (MWC NU) in Kebumen Regency. The Nahdhotul Ulama branch as the largest community organization in Kebumen Regency has tremendous resource potential that requires continuous management to the lowest level of stewardship. Creating the right model for organizational development is an absolute necessity that is able to provide guidelines for effective and sustainable activity management. Through Tahsinul Jam’iyyah, the output of this service is expected to be able to provide provisions for MWC mainstreamers to make continuous improvements into the future.
